In order to build the best community possible, we have a light screening process for on-boarding prospective members. To apply for a membership, simply fill out the following application form, and you’ll be redirected to book a quick interview call. We look forward to welcoming you into the club.
*If you’re deem as an inactive your application will be temporarily declined. Our group is reserved for
100k+ in investable capital (seeking to invest with others, JV’s or looking for an opportunity)
Manage at least one rental door (that is not a personal residence and any type of rental)
Have done at least one acquisition in the last 24 months that is once again not their personal residence (any type of investment acquisition)
and thus, if you are not an active investor we have to decline your application for now. We would like to extend a list of resources and contacts for you. If you're interested in investing in your ability to learn real estate or grow then we suggest filling out this form and booking a call but let us know that you’re not active and looking for resources. If you’re not serious though, please value our time and do not book a call. Thank you.
