In order to build the best community possible, we have a light screening process for onboarding prospective members.* To apply for either of our membership plans, simply fill out the following application form, and we’ll be in touch with further steps. NREIC Open — NREIC Open membership is available to anyone who is seriously interested in real estate investing.

NREIC+ — With some exceptions, to qualify for NREIC+ membership you must fulfill at least one of the following three criteria:

• $100,000+ (CAD) in investable capital

• Manage at least one (1) rental door

• Have completed at least one (1) acquisition in the last 24 months (not a personal residence, unless house hacking)

NREIC VIP — To qualify for NREIC VIP membership, you must fulfill at least one of the following four criteria:

• $1,000,000+ (CAD) in investable capital

• Manage 50+ rental doors

• Complete at least 24 transactions annually (flips, infill, development, etc)

• Operate a business with $1,000,000+ (CAD) in revenue

Simply put, with NREIC you get what you pay for: NREIC goes beyond networking to offer an engaged community of professionals engaged in the industry, educational opportunities, businesses with decades of experience and much more.

We understand there are a number of communities to be a part of. The difference is that NREIC provides unique offers that other communities do not offer.

NREIC is a non-profit whose only focuses are you, being of value to you and serving our community as a whole. There are no strings attached, no sales gimmicks and no pressure.

As an investor, you’re always limited by your network; therefore, it is our opinion that you should always be growing your network, building your network and connecting with new people, industry experts, veterans, etc.

The reality of networking is that all it takes is one person you wouldn’t have otherwise met who could change your life forever, become part of generational opportunities, or simply save you from a massive problem or challenge.

As investors, we’re all looking for more: access to more resources to grow your business, access to more deals and more money.

The difference with NREIC is all our members are vetted for, actively seeking or providing collaboration and looking out for one another to help the community as a whole grow.

In surveying similar communities, we’ve aligned our membership fees with the industry average.

With that said, we still offer a number of free events and resources. In the end, we are a non-profit community, that has a mission to omit from the sales, and the high-pressure environment we’ve all experienced.

Your membership fees ensure we can offer the true value you’re looking for without having to rely on pushing additional sales.

Beyond that, we push boundaries and have established our mission of being recognized as the #1 real estate community in Canada, and therefore, we offer superior experiences, resources, etc.

We applaud you for your success! We’ve had success as well and many of our other members too.

Harkening to the popular adage, “if you’re not growing, you’re dying,” we believe that our community is for already successful and active investors or those who are continually striving for growth.

If you’re interested in NREIC, you are likely successful—but do you want to grow? Our hope is to provide space for you to do that and; furthermore, offer you the opportunities to do that.

Additionally, our rooms and community are always connecting new people, new opportunities, new deals, etc. With NREIC, we’re all about building on a foundation of existing success.

Free events are just one benefit of NREIC membership. A paid membership works out to be about the same as the cost of attending events annually from an investment standpoint; however, the community operates with so many other great benefits that are unavailable anywhere else, including active collaboration and support, keynote sessions, resources, referral partner discounts, etc.

Networking Nights bring together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment.

Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities and execution between members.

Every month, our Speaker Sessions feature a different local subject matter expert on a highly-requested topic of interest within our community.

Hosted on Zoom or Facebook Live and within 30-45 minutes, each month’s featured speaker will deliver a high-impact presentation that will leave you with practical, actionable and unique insights you can’t find anywhere else.

The content of the Speaker Sessions is localized (relevant to Manitoban real estate investors specifically) and is geared towards the high-performing, active investors that make up our community.

Each Speaker Session includes up to 30 minutes of Q&A towards the end, creating an interactive environment with various learning opportunities. Each Speaker Session is scheduled independently with several weeks' notice, so keep an eye out for updates and come ready to learn.

Join our group of exclusive members for an interactive night of masterminding together. The Mastermind Series encompasses a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business skills and achieve success, more quickly.

Every month, join active real estate investors Garret Froese, Dakotah Charron and, from time to time, an exceptional guest for a Saturday morning AMA (ask me anything) over a virtual coffee.

Hosted on Zoom or Facebook Live, you’ll have a chance to learn and ask questions about their experience, market insights and investment strategies while getting actionable tips and advice for growing your own real estate portfolio.
