Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment with a specialized educational presentation. Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of education, food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution between members.

What to Expect

2. Advanced introductions — Attendees share with the group their name, their area of investing focus, and any requests or challenges they have to immediately facilitate value & connections. Attendees also have the chance to share an opportunity they have (whether seeking capital/deal/etc..) or what they’re looking for.
3. Keynote -- A featured local subject matter expert will deliver an educational presentation on a highly requested topic of interest within our community. The content of the Speaker Sessions is localized (relevant to Manitoban real estate investors specifically) and is geared towards the high-performing, active investors that make up our community. Featuring Garret Wong and his keynote; You have 4 months to live: Would you have regrets?

Overview of topic: Garret would like to share his insight on owning multiple businesses, hard work but also creating a work-life balance that we all crave.
Experiencing 2 life-ending events in 2022, his emotional presentation will reveal some very personal lessons and give some key takeaways to the audience.
What are the 3 main points you will be sharing and educating the group on (strategies, systems, actions to implement, etc.)?:

Don't sacrifice the present for an unknown future
What you can expect to gain as a viewer: Garret Wong believes too many of us work hard but at the cost of our health and those important in our lives. We always say "It will all be worth it in the future" but what future if you aren't here to enjoy it? My presentation will bring clarity and goal setting to our community and hopefully allow people to focus even more on their goals but in a balanced way.
