Join us for our Exclusive Networking Night in-person at The Gates on Roblin. Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment. Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution between members.

Eric Poblete is a sales professional with over 35+ years experience working with all vertical markets. In the last 15 years Eric has worked with Equifax Canada with a focus on the mortgage, rental and housing industries. As the Equifax ambassador for the mortgage broker market, he has provided extensive support and education to all the varied stakeholders including brokers, lenders, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurers helping them to understand credit, compliance, financial trends and fraud directly and indirectly related to the mortgage market.

Welcome to the Gates on Roblin, a historic venue located in Headingley, Manitoba. This property was originally known as the Woodlands, a residential estate built in the early 1900s. Since then, this magnificent seven-acre property has been a beloved summer cottage, a family home, and a haven for photographers, mink breeders, and even horse enthusiasts. In 2006, The gates transformed this beautiful estate into a stunning event venue, where they host weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. They’ve maintained the historic charm of the property while adding modern amenities and conveniences. The Gates on Roblin is now one of the premier event venues in the city, known for its exceptional service and breathtaking surroundings.
