Learn the principles of leadership to help you lead, inspire and achieve goals personally and professionally with specialized military training and education.

The 12 Principles of Leadership:

  1. Achieve professional competence and pursue self-improvement

  2. Clarify objectives and intent

  3. Solve problems and make timely decisions; Achieving Essential Military Outcomes

  4. Direct; motivate by persuasion and example and by sharing risks and hardships

  5. Train under demanding and realistic conditions

  6. Build teamwork and cohesion

  7. Keep subordinates informed

  8. Mentor, educate, and develop subordinates

  9. Treat subordinates fairly

  10. Maintain situational awareness, seek information, and keep current

  11. Learn from the experience and those who have experience

  12. Exemplify and reinforce the military ethos; maintain order and discipline, and uphold professional norms

Who is Chase Loranger?

Chase has served in the military for many years and is now a Detachment commander & real estate investor.

In 2007-2008 - Business school College Drop out (failed and funding removed) 2008 - 2011 - Joined Canadian Armed Forces as a Private in the Infantry. Served on a combat tour on the front lines in Afghanistan 2011 -2015 - Change trades to Military Police. Started university degree. Serviced as a Police Officer on general duties and, over time, served as the Prime Minister's Air Marshal and worked on international humanitarian support missions 2016 - Promoted to the Commissioned Officer ranks. Completed University degree Major in Police Studies Minor in Business. 2017 - 2019 - HR manager for 271 personnel for the Air Force Military Police group

In 2019 - 2021 - he became an Operations Officer for 271 personnel for the Air Force Military Police group 2021- current - Detachment Commander for a 30 pers Police Detachment on 17 Wing Winnipeg 2021 - current Real Estate Investor. 18 deals, including BRRRs, FLIPs, Wholesales, & Secondary Suites. His unique Real Estate investing tactic - created a reno business and is the GC - best bang for the buck for passive partners.
