Who is Val Jonsson?
Val is the owner and appraiser of The Appraisal Network ( 2013), appraising since 2007 CRA, P. App designation ( allows for appraisals of single family, small multi-family ( up to 4 units), condominiums, cottages, new construction).
Val’s primary work is financing for small banks/credit unions/broker firms & small private lenders.
Fun fact as well, Val was previously on the board of Women Business Owners of Manitoba.
