  Relaxed, welcoming gatherings that blend community, connection, and approachability—ideal for both long-time members and first-time attendees.

• WIRE Annual Conference (Fall | Ticketed Event)
  A one-day, women-only conference featuring respected and accomplished women speakers in real estate, investing, leadership, and personal growth—designed to educate, inspire, and elevate women at every stage of their journey.

• Private WIRE Community Channel
  An ongoing, members-only space for discussion, support, deal conversations, resource sharing, and accountability—keeping connection alive beyond events.

The Bigger Vision

WIRE serves as the front door and foundation for women entering the NREIC ecosystem.

It is intentionally designed to:

• Welcome women who are new to NREIC or new to real estate altogether

• Help them build confidence, friendships, and strategic partnerships

• Provide a sense of belonging before stepping into broader NREIC events, deal rooms, and memberships

Over time, WIRE becomes not just a division—but a launchpad: empowering women to grow into leadership roles, investment opportunities, and deeper involvement within NREIC’s core community.

Long-Term Structure & Integration

WIRE is intentionally designed to remain fully integrated within the NREIC ecosystem, not as a standalone or separate membership, but as a vital pillar of the broader community.

WIRE will continue to be included within NREIC+ memberships, reinforcing the belief that strong women’s leadership elevates the entire network—men and women alike.

Access & Membership Philosophy

WIRE will remain open and welcoming, while also protecting the quality, culture, and sustainability of the community.

• Each WIRE event will offer a limited number of complimentary guest tickets (up to three per attendee as a maximum cap, in other words, you are limited to attend 3 WIRE events without an active NREC+ membership) to allow new women to experience the community firsthand.

• Once guest access thresholds are met, continued participation in WIRE events, private chats, and community perks will require an active NREIC+ membership.

This structure ensures:

• Consistent growth of women within NREIC+

• Deeper alignment and commitment among participants

• A unified community that encourages collaboration rather than fragmentation

WIRE is not meant to exist in isolation—it is a pathway into the full NREIC experience, fostering meaningful connections across both women’s and men’s networks.

Community Balance & Openness

• NREIC Hangouts will remain free, open, and unlimited, serving as an accessible entry point for the broader real estate community.

• NREIC+ Women Members may invite up to three women guests to WIRE events, ensuring the community continues to grow organically through trusted referrals and relationships.
