Who is Deirdre Marchinko?

Deirdre Marchinko is committed to help Canadians meet their housing needs through CMHC's 2030 aspiration that all Canadians by 2030 have a home they can afford and meets their needs. She joined CMHC in 2007 as an account manager in the Homeowner Mortgage Loan Insurance sector.

Most recently, Deidre has worked as an Account Manager in Client Relations, Financial Institutions at CMHC supporting Multi-Unit Mortgage Loan Insurance partners.

Deirdre will be presenting a high-level overview of the benefits to property owners and developers of CMHC's mortgage loan insurance. Mortgage loan insurance is available on properties greater than 5 units. CMHC provides insurance for various shelter models such as Standard rental housing, Retirement housing, Single room occupancy, student housing as well as Supportive housing.

2. A clear and concise breakdown of CMHC’s offering (for 5+ units)
