Who is Donna Cook?
Donna has a passion for helping people whether it's a Rent to Own family hoping to get into a home or working with a Joint Venture partner on a stable investment and she does all the work.
Donna has been investing in Real Estate for 12 years. She is the owner of a successful business: MB Rent-2-Own, and the investment opportunity side of the business is Freedom Lifestyle Inc.
She comes from a real estate family and has built a solid foundation in her own business. She specializes in building profitable relationships with Joint Venture partners, Donna, and her team do all the work which is pretty cool. She has employed many different and often innovative strategies to make deals happen: flips, Multi-Family; Cottage builds; Property management; and her niche, Rent-to-Own. Her investments are in Winnipeg and the surrounding area and expanding to Ontario and Alberta.
Her passion for Real Estate and helping people supports her values of family, wellness, fitness, and happiness.
She continues to expand her knowledge of Real Estate through education, networking, and continual membership or involvement with a number of organizations and masterminds.
